★★★★★ From people already doing the work
Years in. You've done the books. The workshops. The meetings. The meditation. The therapy.
You've named the patterns. You've sat with the shame. The vocabulary's already yours.
And you still find yourself between sessions, alone with what just surfaced. The pattern circling for the third time. The thing your therapist won't see for another six days.
That's the gap.
A private space. You speak. It reflects. That's it.
It draws on Jung's shadow work. Brené Brown's research on shame and vulnerability. Byron Katie's inquiry. Tolle's present-moment work. Manson's values lens.
It doesn't tell you what to do. It doesn't agree with you. Doesn't fix you. Just mirrors what you brought.
Not a fix. A clearer view.

"My therapist sees me Wednesdays. The pattern shows up the other six days. Mirror's where I've been catching it."
"I'd named the shame. Read the books. Couldn't get under it on my own. First thing I've used that reflects back without trying to fix me."
"I know the theory. Journal every day. Meditate every morning. The work still wasn't moving. Mirror's where it started moving."
"The thing I keep projecting onto my partner finally surfaced here. Not in therapy. Not in my journal. Here."
Mirror doesn't replace your therapist. Or your meetings. Or your journal. Or your meditation.
It's the reflection between formal moments. The inner critic at 4pm. The projection that surfaced in line at the grocery store. The shame that thrives in secrecy. The pattern you keep circling.
Bring it. The Mirror reflects.

Getting to know you first...
The Mirror is a personal reflection tool. You share what's on your mind — by typing or speaking — and the Mirror reflects back what it sees. It's a conversation, not a one-time thing. The more you share, the more it picks up on.
Tap the text box at the bottom to type, or use the microphone to speak. When you're ready, tap the gold arrow to send your message. The Mirror will respond with its reflection.
The microphone icon is in the bottom toolbar, to the left of the text box.
You can also edit the transcribed text before sending if you want to fix anything.
The speaker icon is to the right of the text box. It controls whether the Mirror reads its responses aloud.
Two extra controls for the Mirror's spoken replies, so you can sit with what was said before moving on.
Open the menu (top-right corner) and tap Voice Settings to customize how the Mirror sounds.
Open the menu and tap My Account to manage your account.

Your Magic Mirror is a personal reflection tool. It's not a journal, not a therapist, and not a to-do list. It's a place to think out loud and see yourself more clearly.
You share what's on your mind, and the Mirror reflects back what it sees — patterns, emotional arcs, things you might not be fully looking at. It never tells you what to do.
The Mirror draws on five psychological traditions to help you see yourself:
Vulnerability and shame research. Jungian depth psychology and shadow work. Values-based responsibility. Present-moment mindfulness. Inquiry-based belief questioning.
I built this for my daughter. She needed somewhere to think out loud. Not a journal she'd abandon after a week. Not a therapist's office with a copay and a 45-minute clock. Just a place to talk and have something honest come back.
When I watched her start noticing patterns she'd been walking past for years, I figured she probably wasn't the only one who needed that. So I opened it up.
